I have used every provider I have linked and have been happy with them all. Try to avoid an OpenVZ server whenever you can.

Does not have DDoS mitigation options
* You will not be getting any support outside the bare minimum (Eg. hardware failure, networking problems, etc).
You should also take a look at current offers rather than just jumping on anything someone has linked here. Try a few of these search queries (replace Kiev with whatever city/country you'd prefer):

It is bad manners to recommend yourself as you are all biased .
Not sure what bad manners has to do with it... if any of the above hosts you listed were on the forums they would do the same.. Yes, I agree it's biased but we have the right to self promote our services as it's not against the forum rules. Also, if you read the post the OP wants us to provide a VPS provider not send him in a round about to look for one himself. Don't you think he would have done that by now? and most likely wanted people's opinions on hosts they have used to host similar content to what he is hosting?
Don't look at this as "flame" because everybody is ready to jump on that bandwagon... But look at it as a opportunity to just recommend a host and leave the thread in the future.. Calling people out is not a good way to make friends.
It doesn't matter who does it, whether they are large or small. Once again, if you have some sort of stake in something, then you should probably not be recommending yourself. I never said it was against the rules, but just that you lack integrity by recommending yourself whenever you possibly get the chance.
I know my English is far from perfect, but I'm pretty sure I can read the title. I am not 'sending him in a round about to look for one himself', so maybe you should be the one to thoroughly read the post; I gave him seven different hosts that I have used, have no affiliation with, are probably in his price range, and am happy with, but I also recommended he also look for himself rather than take everything at face value from blatantly biased people.
