If you're fine with all these cards and you want to pay less, then get a GTX 770. You can get one for even less than $379.
That R9 290 looks terrible. With such a small fan, you'll get an unpleasant combination of loud and hot. You can find better 290s, but they'll be more expensive. Edit: The image on pcpartpicker was misleading. It actually has two well-sized fans, so I take that back.
SLI 770's would be more beneficial that corssfired r9 290's. Also means you can run PhysX.
