Question; How are you going to partition the HDD and SDD?

Also, this build could always be better if you have a bigger budget an i7 wouldn't be bad.

If you are doing more gaming then Intel if you are doing more streaming, editing etc then AMD has always been my favorite.

Here is what I throw in my staff workstations, AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor (AD860KXBJABOX) - PCPartPicker the highend cpu with the 4 cores really helps out with having multiple SSH terminals running tasks at once. I might make it a dual soon this december as the new staff come on board.

Host your RUNESCAPE PRIVATE SERVER on the cheapest and flagship provider on Rune-Server! Now equipped with DDOS Protection!.

It depends on what games you are going to be playing and streaming.

I don't think that is the greatest processor for rendering. You may want to not get an SSD and put that money towards an i7/higher grade processor, but that is just my opinion.

You are failing to realize that Intel Is more efficient for all of what you are talking about due to intel using new items and AMD using recycled. Intel runs at a 1.6ghz more then AMD's 8 core fx processors.
I would choose intel over amd anyday Unless you are wanting to build a good pc for a really cheap budget

Not sure why you need a decent CPU to run multiple SSH terminals... all the computation is happening on the remote server, not your own machine.

Clock speed does not tell the whole story (not that I'm disputing the fact that Intel's processors are faster) - there are many other factors. Modern CPUs are very complicated - e.g. superscalar CPUs can execute multiple instructions simultaneously (and this is all within a single core btw) and out of order. Pipelining a CPU also improves the instruction throughput, but at the cost of latency, and the frequency at which pipeline stalls occur can vary too. Some CPUs speculatively execute branches, and the effectiveness of this depends on how good the branch predictor is. There can also be different levels and size of caches, with different latencies and hit rates. Number of registers (both physical and in the ISA - most superscalar CPUs map the ISA registers to a larger set of physical registers) can change. And there are tons more things that I've probably forgotten...

    Made a great point there

CPU isn't too bad, I have the exact one. The GPU is apparently the best valued GPU you can get so not a bad option. Would suggest a better case as the reviews are pretty shit for your currently chosen one, I'd heavily recommend that you get the Z11 Plus.
