Why not use an all in one cpu water cooler instead of fan

Decent build though i suppose; you should go on pcpartpicker and give us the prices of the build
There would be literally no need considering he is using an i7 4790 and not an i7 4790K. I don't see the point in AIOs at all anyway because they perform no better than a high-end air cooler, but are louder, more expensive, have more moving parts, and have the chance of leaking due to something like a manufacturing or shipping error.
I'm not sure what you are expecting other than the usual things like removable hard drive cages, SSD mounting, etc. The aesthetic is intentionally minimal (hence the door rather than exposed 5.25" bays). It isn't meant to be flashy and it is relatively cheap, so of course you won't see something completely modular like what you would get from CaseLabs, Mountain Mods, etc.
Again with the removable cages etc. I'm pretty much cases with design can do the same thing.
Why are you presuming there is a single static comment to be on his build? My opinion was that the case looks simple, why does that bug you? With the specifications of the hardware as well as the prices, I thought the case would have been something in the same quality.
