-Is the mod active
-Is the mod friendly
-Do they get the job done
-Do they know what decisions to make
-Are decisions biased, or not?

and such key qualities you believe mods need.

For me, It's David for forum moderator, dan for sb, and runite for global. They all did well, so did others. Staff system is going better than I first projected Gj.

If thsi turns out well we should do this every month to get rid of the mods who r not doing there job

Hmm.. I think this will go well and will not, People will vote and others won't, it will all be down to popularity not how people do there jobs.

Stop sucking up your not going to get a staff position anytime soon.

This is likely also not to work, its just like the graphics sotw. Everyone has their favourites and none of its based on their actions, all your bound to see is friends vote friends, suck ups voting for who they love and shouting it out in a post so they get their "rep"

Meh, I've got a good and bad vibe about this, But i'll keep quiet.

This'll probably turn out to be the way of seeing which mod's to remove and what not; altough, this never really worked out well since it's usually a popularity contest, doesn't hurt to try again I assume. It'll be funny when you see mod's posting on the Shoutbox: "LINKHERE VOTE FOR ME!!"
