    As I said in the title, pretty much all around the world, Modern Warfare 3's servers are down and as there status page says "CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE 3 ONLINE SERVICES ARE FULLY OPERATIONAL" at DEFCON 5, but not really. I think this issue may be related to the x3/x4 XP bugs, or maybe the amount of players online, but I am not 100% sure. Add me on Xbox Live for up to date info: Bilkey69.
