Hello Rune-Server! I have found a great hosting site that i have been using for quite a while now. it's called Vilayer.com. Vilayer has great prices for epic performance! The cheapest vps package has 1gb of ram and costs 7$ a month!! Im currently using the most expensive package and it costs 30$ a month and it has 4gb of ram and 24 xeon cores! So far i've had 100% uptime!

They do allow server hosting. (hosting my server there) Don't know about botting. Talk to them on the live chat! And yes it does seem to good to be true, lol
