mate i used to use trentahost till someone bruteforced into my vps whilst using your services and i had ddos protection rtoo which only for ddos protect obv but id obv think i could have more protection on your ''amazing'' service of your vps's but nope got bruteforced into my vps and stole my server files i worked on for 4 months then i asked about it on 24/7 live chat then they all ignored me so i said fuck it i will give up on your shit services. Nothing personally just my POV
And smilecow hit me up with your skype through pm bro missed speaking to you i learnd ALOT about coding since we last spoke months agoo
Of course you can't do shit, if this was in your providers TOS just deal with it.
Besides, you shouldn't be surprised they ignored you, you wrote it like mad kid with daddys wallet
I can assure you Calvin is not from our company.. so not sure where you are getting those live chat logs from.. Nonetheless, the safety and security of your services is solely your responsibility.. and we will not be held liable for data/file loss especially ones cause by BruteForce on your systems and not ours.... But, if you still wish to persue legal action I'd advise you to have your lawyer contact [email protected] and we will forward it to our legal team.
On top of that, I see someone above stated you should place a dispute. I highly suggest you don't as that is also against our TOS and we will do the needful and blacklist you on FraudRecord... A list you should want to avoid if you want to continue purchasing online hosting services, as it's shared with several hosting companies.
Mate, I use vps's that my irl friends have so I wouldn't mind getting black listed I don't care to be honest you threatening to black list me if I dispute makes me wana dispute so I might think about the idea you gave, and I rather use my friends vps instead of a lad on the internet cause irl if my friend could fuck me over I could atleast do something like jab the cunt in the jaw if someone fucked me over but on the internet I couldn't do shit cause kids live half way across the country.
420/10 thread would read again
You are acting way wrong way.. You're basically raging at them etcetera instead of simply asking them to solve it.
Why would you rage at the company you are using it makes it seem like you were pointing them with your finger.
But still it's not professional to not reply to customer who needs help so in my opinion there is a mistake in providers end due to the fact no company can choose their customers if they want to make money.
I would just open a dispute @ PayPal and claim money back.
Agree 100% but as stated above who is Calvin? If this was one of my staff members they would be spoken too...but unfortunately it's not... So not sure what to say here... On top of that the service regardless of who the provider is.. Was still provided.. So the payment shouldn't be disputed.. As you still used the service.. The brute force is caused by the insecurity of the user and should not reflect upon the company in any way. Nonetheless, the client is not tasking the issue at hand... So I'm just going to leave this as it is, and have my staff follow through with fraudrecord on any open disputes which are not justified as downtime or issues on our end.
