    Well its been 4 months since my last post !!!!!!!!!!
    The time i did the last post i got so hyped and worked so hard.. hard as hell and my lower back couldnt resist and got herniated disc ..
    STILL!!!!! i didnt stop worked hard still!
    Ive got a lot of pictures to post .. and it would take too long for me cause im lazy ..
    Well from last post 4 months ago ive had 98Kg now im at 105Kg

    All ive ever used was Serious Mass 10lbs,2lbs whey,500g creatine .. now im off creatine but strength maintained from that little extra boost
    Believe me or not i eat 6-7 meals a day since september thats what made me grow ..


    You see people in the gym workin hard but their nutrition is funny as fuck, EAT BIGGG AND TRAIN HARD ./
