Nothing M8 , and i had only 2-3 meals a day and they had not much proteins like 20-40gr i took perday thats nothing tbh 40gr of protein should be just in a meal and should have 4-6 meals a day
But from mistakes you learn .. everyone who started bodybuilding did sometimes a mistake
Take protein man, shit helps.. Don't take too much because you'll shit it all out lol..

especially the past 2-3 months i've stepped my game up and takin daily 6-7 meals and workin hard as hell

Well its been 4 months since my last post !!!!!!!!!!
The time i did the last post i got so hyped and worked so hard.. hard as hell and my lower back couldnt resist and got herniated disc ..
STILL!!!!! i didnt stop worked hard still!

All ive ever used was Serious Mass 10lbs,2lbs whey,500g creatine .. now im off creatine but strength maintained from that little extra boost
Believe me or not i eat 6-7 meals a day since september thats what made me grow ..
You see people in the gym workin hard but their nutrition is funny as fuck, EAT BIGGG AND TRAIN HARD ./
