Over working = !! I do full body 2/3 times a week now. In this order: Chest, back, abs, shoulders, legs, biceps, triceps.

Over working is NOT a good thing. If you over work, and don't give your muscles time to rebuild, your muscles won't grow as fast. If you didn't know this, the way your muscles grow is because they get tore down and the rebuild or heal at a bigger state. It's obviously not noticeable right away, but over time it becomes more noticeable. Not going to go really in depth, but the reason people use protein is because it helps to rebuild your muscles more rapidly yada yada. My dad used to be a body builder, I know quite a bit about this stuff, and I'm getting into it quite a bit, so.

lol @ someone people advising a brosplit.
A brosplit is not a good option for natural lifters. Protein synthesis is only elevated up to 72 hours in drug-free individuals. As a result, muscle hypertrophy will be best maximized by training muscles with a frequency of twice a week at least. By splitting muscle groups to different days, at most, you are hitting those muscles with a frequency of once a week. Additionally, the volume in a brosplit is unnecessary.

TBH, the routine in the OP has too much volume and an unnecessary triceps+biceps day. Something better would be an upper+lower or a push/pull/legs with a 5x5 or 5/3/1 kind of programming for progressive overload.
