It's all about balance. Keep in mind this is about loosing weight, not becoming ripped. You don't need to stop eating shit like burgers all together, but don't eat it more than like once a month. Try to make your own food, its cheaper, more fun, and a lot healthier. Also, run. Running is the best way to lose weight. Don't listen to anyone that says you need to take pills, eat only 1 apple a day, or go to the gym 7 times a week, cause like that you'll burn yourself out, and stop. Hope this helps!
only drink water and you're half way there
What you want to do is what most people don't Cardio Cardio Cardio... eat less than what you work off during exercise. Once your at the look you want, you can build it up and tone the body by lifting. You don't have to be on a strict diet to lose weight.. you can still enjoy your food. Just do it in moderation.
Hows it going Cody,
So in the past 3 weeks i've lost a total of 20 pounds, and let me tell you weight loss is not as big of a challenge as people make it seem.
in most cases, eating less and getting more exercise is enough to lose that weight. At 5'7 and 241 pounds you would need to take in 2801 calories to maintain that weight, we don't want that, you need to cut down to 1801 calories to lose 2 pounds per week with light activity (1 to 3 times a week), count your macros, and get a nice clean cut (chicken and rice for lunch and dinner, eggs for breakfast)... you can pm me if you need more help.
Just go to the gym alot and run on the treadmill.
Go to the gym and do workouts every day.
Replace sugar drinks(cola/fanta/beer/etc) with water, stop eating huge meals after dinner, do some cardio. <-- Will help alot, and you will get used to this.
