    Yeah, takes a lot more than just working out. Dieting is 80% of it. 10% working out, 10% recovery time. Thank you! I will. And it's not always like that! Just the bad timing to take the picture

    I wouldn't agree that dieting is 80% of building muscle, lol. If you aren't performing intense workouts on a consistent schedule, you're not going to get very far.

    Anyways, nice progress and good luck with future goals.

    BUT, without proper nutrition you cannot rebuild the muscles torn down. Your muscles will be at a constant catabolic state, so they won't rebuild appropriately. Dieting is definitely the most important factor. But thank you! I will.
