What's your current diet consist of? (I highly recommend you use the app "My Fitness Pal" to keep track of your consumption, Caloric surplus and Macros)

Both football and boxing (boxing more than football in my opinion) require strict conditioning. As a result of this depending on if you're entering a specific weight class or not, you'll need to change up your diet and balance out your cardio in order to gain the correct weight.

Can you give us a little more information regarding your BodyFat Percentage, diet/nutrition, Workout regime (Compounds, splits etc) and which type of football you'll be participating in?(American or English - Soccer).

Also, will the boxing be as a hobby or are you planning to take it further into a semi-pro/pro level?

Remember, diet is incredibly important when it comes to conditioning and gaining mass, especially for a sport such as Boxing. Due to all the Cardio you'll be enduring you'll have to eat more than someone else at your weight who's looking to pack on muscle.

    P.S: Compounds are key.
    Spoiler for Goodbye and Goodnight!:

I remember my weight training teacher in high school encouraged us to try out football workout routines, there's some pretty good ones around for people in high school. I wish I could remember the site he showed us, could have been something off a secondary education site. All in all you're going to want to be strong/fast for football and boxing, so just include stuff to get the heart rate going and some strength training as well.

Don't forget the good diet, good luck.
