Rules of the Graphics section


These are not the only rules, the Official Rune-Server rules apply to the Graphics section too, located here

• Ratings
Not necessarily needed, but still, if the creator asks to give a rating, please do, if not, it's okay too, but still make the post usefull.



• Joke sigs

Anything made thats considered not to be a sig or a sig that's not serious will lead to your thread to be deleted. If you continue to post it you will be infracted for spam.



• Rude comments

Anyone who comment's 'It's bad' 'It's shitty' or 'It sucks' and leaves will not be tolerated and gets their post deleted, If you continue, you will be infracted for spam/flame.



• Ripping

Failure to provide some form of proof, whether it be knowledge on what you did, a screenshot of the psd, or any other type of proof you can use, you will be infracted for ripping.



• Proper CnC
The creator may not request the posters not to give CnC.
Keep your post usefull.
If you say 'I don't like it' then say WHY so the person can improve on it.

• Useless comments

Comment's like 'cool' 'looks good' 'nice' etc. aren't really helpful for the creator, although these comments will be taken as spam mildly, but when you make such posts continuously in this sub-section you risk yourself being infracted for spam.

• Think before you post

Before you post anything, think about it, will this help the creator improve their graphic?, Is this post helpfull or even a little, if not, don't post.
Isn't what im about to post considered spam ? If so, don't post.

• Bumping

To stop bumping, all threads that are 1 month old or older will be closed.

• Have fun but keep yourself to the rules

we try to keep the sections clean of flame/spam/advertising etc. to have users enjoy at it's fullest.
So please, enjoy, but keep yourself to the rules, it ain't hard.

REMEMBER THESE RULES, FAILURE TO FOLLOW THEM WILL LEAD TO YOU BEING INFRACTED..

Used for general discussion, have a chat about techniques, opinions, culture, art, interesting articles etc. ( Graphical related ).
The SOTW* and SOTM** sub-sections are used for hosting of the SOTW/SOTM (hosted by the Rune-Server Graphics section moderator.)

Showcase

One of the most active sub-sections of the Graphics section.
Used to show of your works, and get critique and comments, whether it's 3D art, Large art, Small art, paintings, web design, or anything else graphical related, you can post it. ( must be own work).

Events

Used to host events such as Collab battles, team battles, Signature walls, competitions, mostly by the Graphics section moderator, sometimes money rewards or valueable rewards are being given out to the winner(s).

Also one of the popular sub-sections of the Graphics section, used to request anything graphical related, or Graphical help related, the archive is where all the completed or died threads will be moved to.
