Recommended items. (Weight loss):
An Agile top (Requires 35 Constitution and 35 Defence) obtained by completing the Extended Barbarian Course 250 times (Requires 90 agility). This reduces weight by 12 kg. Agile legs (Requires 35 Constitution and 35 Defence) obtained by completing the Extended Gnome Course 250 times (Requires 85 agility). These reduce weight by 10 kg.
Boots of lightness obtained from the Temple of Ikov reduce 4.5 kg of weight(Please note any level can get these boots, just bring a knife and candle and pick them up)
Spotted cape (requires level 40 Hunter to wear) 2.0 kg reduction.
Spottier Cape (requires level 66 Hunter to wear) 4.5 kg reduction.
Penance gloves from Barbarian Assault activity reduces weight 7.0 kg.
For a total loss of: -38.0 kg.
Gnome Stronghold course. (1-35 Agility.)

It is impossible to fail any of the obstacles at this course so no food is required, though some energy potions may be helpful for faster training. Whilst moving around the course, gnome trainers will shout insults and orders. Despite the simplicity of this course, the overall lack of sufficient experience gains makes it significantly less attractive for those of a higher level to train, thus this course is recommended for those just starting out. With few misclicks and no delays, this course yields roughly 9,000 Experience per hour. 1-35 should take your around 2hour and 25minute's.
Barbarian Outpost agility course 35-52.

Fastest way to the course:
Rub Games Necklace and teleport to Barbarian Outpost then follow directions
*key note* always use items to reduce weight, if none don't wear anything and keep weight to a minimum.
To get access to this course you will need to have complete the:Bar Crawl miniquest.
On average it takes 32 seconds to complete to the course...3600seconds (1hour)
divide by 32 then multiply by 112.5 (the experience per lap)
= 12.6k experience per hour.
Extra information: This course isn't like the "Gnome stronghold course" so you will need to bring some food with you. The best food for this would be "Cake's" Due to it having low weight and can heal up to 160 in 4 bite's.
Wilderness Agility Course 52-70 agility.

to get to this course you will need to go to Adrougne and head west across the bridge then use the teleport lever near the large doors to get to the "x" on the map (bring a weapon in order to slash the webs).
Tips & information.
it would help greatly if you bring a couple of anti-poisons and great food in emergencies, as it it is wilderness their is a chance for pker's.
About 39-40 seconds later you should have finished a lap and started a new one meaning thats 92 laps per hour bringing your total experience per hour to 51.3k to 52.7k (571 experience per lap).
One completed lap gives 571.5 Agility experience.
Ape Atoll Agility Course 70-85 agility.

Fastest way to get to the course is by doing this:access ape atoll is by teleporting (2 laws, 2 water, 2 fires, 1 banana and Recipe of Disaster completed *just the part needed to teleport*)
Information & Tips.
A ninja GreeGree is needed for this course, kill an archer near the south-east of the city where you don't get sent to prison to obtain the bones then repeat the process needed to make the greegree.
This course takes about 37 second per round
thats 97 rounds per hour and you get a whooping 580 experience per lap
bringing your total experience per hour to 56.4k.
Gnome stronghold advanced agility course 85-90.
Location & tips.
The advanced agility course is in the same location as the normal one.
Note: You can do Gnome Advanced Agility with 80 Agility and using a Summer Pie.
When doing this course you will be able to get access to the item called "Agile legs". The only way to be able to get this item is by completing the course 250 times with out failing.
A good lap time would be around 38.8 to 41 seconds. This would be able to give you 66k experience an hour making it the 2nd fastest agility exp in runescape.
Advanced Barbarian Outpost Course 90-99 agility!
Information, note's & location.
Location - This course is in the same location as the "1st Barbarian course". It can be found at the top of this course while doing the normal one at the same time.
Note: You can do Advanced Barbarian Agility with 85 Agility and using a Summer Pie.
During this course you will be able to gain the final piece of the "agile armour" this one will be the agile top. You can get this item by completing this course 250 time's perfectly with out failing. You can collect this reward from "Gunnjorn".
A perfect lap time of the advanced course is 37.0 seconds, which at level 93 agility is impossible to fail. This totals to a maximum of 72,068 xp an hour.
This is the best Agility experience in the game, followed by Gnome Advanced Course which ends up a few thousand less experience per hour.
