Yeah, all the accounts that are created with an email log-in now have a trade limit. You can also bypass this by just simply PK'ing yourself if both of your accounts have near the same combat level.

Very nice, thanks for this. Will help me transfer GP a lot easier between accounts that have massive combat level differences.
