Here i am! First guide for you guys! This guide will cover the required items to achieve 99 Woodcutting within Runescape, as well as options for money making along the way. Enjoy!
Helpful Items;
The Lumberjack outfit
* has 4 pieces: hat, shirt, legs and boots. The outfit is untradable
* You gain extra woodcutting experience, per item cut, for each piece of the outfit you wear, with an additional bonus for wearing the complete outfit.
Volatile Clay Hatchet
* Increases xp by 2.2x
* Obtained at random from the Volatile tool. Requires Level 40 woodcutting. Disintegrates after the charges of the tool fall to 0% or after reassigning the tool ten times.
Sacred Clay Hatchet
* Increases xp by 2x
* Obtained by choosing the transform option on the Proto-tool. Requires Level 40 woodcutting. Disintegrates after the charges of the tool fall to 0%.
Cracked woodcutting urn
* Craft Level required: 4
* Woodcutting xp granted: 160
* Charged by: All trees level 10 and below.
Fragile woodcutting urn
* Craft Level required: 15
* Woodcutting xp granted: 425
* Charged by: All trees level 35 and below.
Woodcutting urn
* Craft Level required: 44
*Woodcutting xp granted: 825
*Charged By: All trees level 58 and below.
Strong woodcutting urn
*Craft Level required: 61
*Woodcutting xp granted: 1662.5
*Charged by: All trees level 75 and below.

A.) The Fastest xp method:
[1-15]
Chop [97] normal trees
Can be found at:
* Anywhere in the world.
* Best location is just south-west of Varrock west bank.
[15-30]
Chop [293] Oak Logs
Can be found at:
* East of Draynor bank.
* South of Varrock.
* West of Catherby bank.
* Just outside of Varrock's East gate.
* The best option is Varrock's East gate, due to the number of trees there and respect to how close the bank is.
[30-68]
Chop [8,963]Willow Logs
Can be found at:
* Six just South-west of Draynor bank.
* Four next to the bar in Port Sarim.
* Ten South of Rimmington.
* The best spot for this is clearly the six trees just South-west of Draynor bank.
[68-99]
Chop [37,382] Choking Ivy
Can be found at:
* Varrock Palace: north side near yews and south-east near Tree farming patch.
* Falador: outside north wall and outside south wall.
* Taverley: south-east.
* East Ardougne: outside east wall of church.
* Yanille: outside north wall.
* Castle Wars: outside south wall.
* There isn't really a "best" spot for this, everywhere is good. Although, Ardougne is alot better xp/hr then Varrock and other places like this, due to the amount of players cutting there.
B.) The Profitable method
[1-15]
Chop [97] Normal trees.

Can be found at:
* 3 North of Varrock Palace.
* 3 South-west of Lumber Yard.
* 3 South of Falador.
* 4 North of Rimmington.
* 2 South of Edgeville bank.
* 4 between Draynor and Lumbridge.
* Seven West of Catherby under the beehives.
* Best spot for this is South of Edgeville bank, although it gets crowded fairly often.
