Jagex had posted a video on YouTube, about the free trade/wilderness, and hidden inside it is the new Zaros Armor. Zaros is represented by purple. Here are some pictures, and the Jagex video.

In that video, the Zaros Range armor, is at 0:23, it is the purple armor with ranging boots.
Update:
The armor is called torva, you can read more about it here: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Torva_armour
The Zaros Magic armor, is right behind the range guy, at 0:24, hes the purple armor with the infinity boots.
The Zaros Melee armor, can be found at 0:27, hes the last guy, wearing the slayer cape, and dragon boots.
