    Based off some tuts, jibble and other free webservers, i rtied to remove every thing useless, and im going to try to add ,htaccess support, at least for redirection

    haven't tried it yet, just skimmed the code and it cools fun to play around with. I will definitely be messing with this in the morning..going to bed now 4:45am

    I've been looking into many of the source codes for this kind of stuff this month lately.

    why create a thread for every new client? You would only need a thread per download. I belive you can use nonblocking i/o for html pages ect

    If you were gonna use NIO for connections then why not use it for downloads?

    Because big downloads could become blocking unless you was going send them in chunks.
