Thread: Who Handles your Payments?

People that charged me back during my time with Ziotic never got their money back because I was able to show proof that they got what they paid for. If you can prove you delivered what they paid for you will never run into problems. I simply made screenshots of the subscription log, gave them a link to our subscribers guide, made a screenshot of their subscribers status and added a general description of what the product they bought means and their chargebacks would get denied every time.

That's retard, of 400$ charged back i got to pay more than 200$ of tax because was more than 12 donations of 30-40$ I called paypal and they told that is user Credit Card company that will decide if was authorized or not(Which owner have 12 payments not authorized in his account and only notice after like 3 months? Fucking Credit cards don't have common sense), so I asked the girl in the phone if there's a way to get safe payments and she told that don't, BUT IF the guy that paid you don't pay directly from his Credit Card you have more chances, anyway Plimus is not nice about charge-backs? I hate the date 15 thing but idk if don't worth can only withdraw money at day 15 without risks of get charge-backs

Its all about customer support, I run a server and get quite a large amount of money through donations, and get mabey 2 chargebacks a month. My amount of chargebacks is actually less than 1%. You will always have fags that are out to get you and i've had those but its all about being honest and not ignoring your donators.

Like Martin said, if you give them what they want and you're respectful to them like you should be then you shouldn't have many problems. The problems are when people just download a source, change the name and host it then people donate, realise it's the same old shit and get pissed.

As another little note it would be a good idea to ban their account or IP if they do get their payment charged back. Then they've kinda fucked themselves up too..

Have them put in note "I'm not entitled to dispute or claim money in this gift in any way, even if my IP Address is changed"

lol I have had alot alot of donations since I have started taking them a year ago and I have only had like 2 claim backs which I lost Like the person said above me just need to be nice to player give them all them exactly what they donated for also it helps to have a terms and agreement +pics :] + they can only claim for 90days if they contact their bank company and have donated with CC otherwise its 45days
