Well after many hours spent trying to find a working cache which all have seemed to disappear, I found 1. This client loads the cache from the in client so you don't need to put it in your c drive unless you're hosting the server. I set the port to 43594 and it connects to 127.0.0.1

If you want it to work you need to go to CacheConstants and change the Cache Path to wherever you will be putting your cache that the server will be reading.
For example : I Changed my Path to this.
I then copied the folder in the client I named 614cache and pasted them into my C drive and just renamed it to Element614Cache.
CacheConstants.java can be found in dragonkk>rs2rsps>util
Sorry for explaining things slowly I am just trying to be as noob friendly as possible.
Oh and you will need to change the ip in appletsub1 and launch in the client so that other people can connect.
I mainly did this to get 614s started back up because I hate korasi but I don't mind constitution or arma dhide

yes, all you gotta do, is just make it load from client and not C:, no need to download a whole new client.
The cache's that did work are now scattered and mostly broken links. All I did was find a working cache which took ages and put it in the client so people don't have to worry about extracting it to their c drive. It's also helpful if someone does get a decent 613/614 up and running because their players won't have to download a seperate cache.
A lot of people including myself gave up when 614 stopped working and cache's were nowhere to be found xD my goal is to get people working on them again as it is a nice revision
Umm, Anyway's thank's for RE-UPLOADING.
I didn't RE-UPLOAD anything. I found a cache from a dead server on locus and I made dkk's client load that cache and it worked. Whatever I guess not here to flame, and I know it will help someone at some point so I'm just gonna leave it alone at this point.
