Well I like the idea of it, but what would the limitations be the coders programming ability or would the scripting system limit itself only being able to do simpler things?

Manipulate interfaces, thats given, but I believe you can also use it for objects and their various "stages" like farming plots. More than that, and Im clueless as I haven't touched it in a while. Method knows more about it than I do.

i'm pretty sure you can use it for npcs too

I've never looked into NPCs, but anything that references Varbit and Var, Im positive can be manipulated using the script system.
