I have had like 3 317 clients and seperate server's and i'v been told its a client bug yet i'v tried multiple clients and i still have the same problem, i pretty much refuse any later versions as i hate the newer versions of runescape-graphics, gameplay just everything. any 2006ish client and a server thats like Runescape how it was? none of this custom crap all over runescape that i'd have to delete?
for people who wanna help me solve this problem or forward me to a solution here's what it comes up it CMD-

Does it crash? I'm not sure what that error is but it looks like it's printing out an array, and I'm pretty sure for packets.
