Decided to do a bulk dump.
    Example:

    Download: Download Map.Mesh @ UppIT
    Size Compressed: 130MB
    Size Uncompressed: 4805MB (4.8gb)
Compression Ratio: 2% (Rofl, perhaps I should've exported to a binary format... Oh well)
    Name Template: XXXX_YYYY.obj (this is the base of the region, so absX / 64 * 64, absY / 64 * 64)

    Compression Bomb Warning
This is the size of a DVD when uncompressed. I wouldn't advise decompressing all files if you only need certain maps. It'll take ages and use up a lot of space. I would instead advise installing a fun game.

    UPDATE
I forgot to mention, all UV, Tile shape topology and normals are all included. Example of easily adding texture:

I didn't UV map anything, just applied the textures as the vertices are already mapped.

Nah, it's Varrock. It includes Falador though.

A lot of the maps were corrupting on load, so it doesn't include these ones.

I exported these from my JMonkeyEngine map viewer/editor. I can use this to edit the maps, but the conversion to obj is one-way.

So after Exporting them lets say you changed the way a building looked then imported it back in would it show up ingame like that or would you get errors and all and also how would texturing work? or coloring of stuff

Like I said, it's one-way. There is no re-importing as it loses all the object position data, tile data etc. The data which is exported is what's needed to get the map displaying in another engine, not for editing it.
