    some models like drygores are very big, but I want to make off hands from them with the same size,
    Is there any way to do that, because the big models also work.
    Is there any special way you need to do this?

    Have you not made an attempt yet? Try moving the model over to the opposite hand's position and post results. If you need a reference for the distance just insert the equip model for a pair of gloves as a different object.

    When you export it to mqo the model looses its scale, resize it on a character model

    If you would use the 768 model header pea2nutz released you wouldn't have to bother exporting shit.

    is it possible to use the 768 model header on a 317 client? and what if I want to create an off-hand from a drygore do I have to resize and move it?

    If you extract from a cache or export to mqo its going to loose its scale.. use a model header for your revision and re-scale.
