If you're portforwarding i beleive you cannot connect yourself to 127.0.0.1 or at least that happened to me , and you need a no-ip in client - side and people running from that compiled client.java to be able to connect to it

Hello the people or rune-server! I am fairly new to coding and this is probably an annoying post but I need some help no one can connect to my server I have port fowarded ect correctly as people used to be able to come on but since i redownloaded java no one can get on I re made the paths in my compilers to the java folders and no errors come up when I compile just no one can connect even though when I run the server it says it is online on canyouseeme.org (port 43594). Also the only thing I did which changed anything was downloading java so I think that might be the problem because when I try to connect with 127.0.0.1 I cant and no tutorial as helped me so far and I am really desperate! I have teamviewer + skype although it is probably something nooby that is going wrong if anyone needs any more info I shall post and I am refreshing this post about 5 times a minute so I will see your posts. TY for reading
I also have backups of old restores of my server and when I run them I cant connect to them either so I dont think its to do with the program files.

What could the problem be? The only thing I have changed is redownloading java but no one can connect
Port forwarding issue most likely, could be due to ip changing or your network ip changing (if you have multiple computers on one network)
No-ip is just an ip mask it doesn't affect port forwarding. IP changes in your network are what affect port forwarding.
Lmao, noone can connect to mine when I have uTorrent on for some reason. Maybe you have some wierd problem like that too?
