Hi guys, about to start my court system

I need to add a method to my jail command that would make sure the jailed person cannot move. Also I need to implement it into a command like :: jury, that also means the jury cannot move but CAN teleport out. I need ANOTHER method that would make people watching unable to talk or move but again, teleport.

Sorry for all the help threads guys Brains screwing me over tonight lol
