    Hi rune-server

So I am currently running a 718 server through my VPS which has been online for a while and has no connections problems.

I recently decided to open up a 317 (multi-world server) and the ports are open with the server running, but I can't seem to connect no matter what I do.
I've made sure all of the world IP's and ports are correct, yet I'm still receiving a "world is offline" message.

And again, I've checked the ports and they are open for the IP address. And I can connect to the server If I host it from my localhost computer but when I move to the VPS I can't connect to the IP.

And yes, I added an inbound/outbound connection rule for the ports.

    Also btw --

    So idk.

Where are you hosting this 317 ? Same VPS or home network?

Same VPS. And I've opened the ports in the firewall and the connection is live but the client just won't connect.

I tried running a local client on the VPS to connect and it connects fine to both addresses, 0.0.0.0 and the actual IP of the VPS. Both work fine locally but I can't get a connection externally even though I can see that it's open.

And the client IPs and ports are correctly set

    This probably wont matter:

VPS's still have a router behind them; which should automatically allow the ports for the service. So, if they are advertising "rsps hosting" usually only ports 5555/43594 will be opened for that server. Try contacting their support, since 43595 works so it's possibly a router info. Windows firewall I never touched inbound/outbound ports on it and always been able to host fine (home pc's LAN to WAN, and a centOS vps).

    Good luck.

Yes the client build is the same.

And I will try running through 5555 to see if it's an issue with external port parameters.

I'll post back with more info.

Contacted my VPS provider and it's not a problem on their end.

    I'm stumped here.
