So I bought a trentahost vps and got everything set up/portforwarded and ran the server, but when i tried to connect to the vps on my client using the vps's actual IP, it's not letting me connect.
I was told to send a ticket to trentahost, and that was about 2 and a half hours ago.. since then I haven't gotten a response. If anybody knows whats wrong or has ideas let me know! Thanks!

The problem i'm having is that the VPS won't allow connections even after the firewall has been opened on the correct ports.
It's 8 PM on a Sunday, you may have to wait until start of business tomorrow before you receive a response. Be patient.
i had a vps. if u go to canyouseeme.org you'll know..... trust me.
Bump. It's been over 24 hours since I sent a ticket to trentahost, and still haven't gotten a reply.
