317 Reborn
Hello and welcome to my new project. I decided to make a new server since my last project was based on deltascape, which everyone had hated. Though you will may not want to take your eyes off this project.

Credits:Huge credits to Killamess for helping me through the server, Jake and Vitiello.

I am sorry about the delay of this beta. Due to me not having money to pay the vps, I will try my best to get it and have this beta test.

Why have you chosen to make this project?
I would like to make much fun for players as possible. I know how it feels when you can't find a good server with a great economy.

What features will this server have?
The features introduced in this server will be as best as they can to match the old runescape minigames/features. The economy will be perfect, you will see people picking flax and making bow strings to make money, thieving from stalls, skilling to make money and killing monsters. The aim of this project is to get as close as possible to the old runescape like people liked it.

This server will also have a variety of minigames and features such as:

Fight caves & pits 100%
Full pvp 100%
Quests 78%
Real RFD chest 100%, with quest? 0%
Real Kalphite Queen 100%
Real Dagannoth Lair 100%
Full barrows 100%
All 317 specs 97%
Full Mage Arena 100%

This server will be quest dependant like rs. You will need to do quests to unlock certain items.

-Access to both the essence mine + the abyss

-Able to change respawn points

-Ability to use Climbing boots
-One of the quests to start Desert Treasure

-Ability to use crystal equipment.

As you can see, quests have a long way to go.

Minigame Explanations!

Pest Control
317 Reborn's pest control is like no other server. This minigame will consist of atleast 5-25 people in order to play. Also, correct interfaces are used - boat, ingame and exchange. Once you enter the island, you will receive a npc dialogue saying to win the game you must keep the void knight alive, in order to do that you must kill the portals before the void knight loses to much energy. Every 30 seconds a monster will spawn from each monster. Although if the portal is destroyed, it will stop spawning monsters and give the void knight 10hp. If you win the pest control game, you will receive 100gp for every combat level you have, e.g. 45cb 4500 coins. You will also receive a bonus of 10 pest control points! Although if you lose, the game will reset the timer and send you back to the Void Knight Outpost.
The boat timer is not like other servers. It will not be 500 seconds. To keep you wanting to play pest control, I have made the timer 100 seconds. I will soon post a picture here.

Pest control is now being added on a later date.

Fight Caves
Fight caves will be just like runescape, only shorter. Don't you think it is just ridiculous having to spend so much time having to just sit down and do that minigames in order just to receive one cape? That is why the Fight cave waves have been shortened to a number of 21 instead. We have also made a miniIcon to show what wave you are on! Also, because the waves have been shortened, the tokkul amount will be less in effect, minimising it down to 2678.

Fight Caves: Correct npcs, 21 waves, MiniIcon for waves, the works.

Fight Pits
One of the most famous PvP minigames has been perfected in 317 Reborn. Opponents in the pits waiting room will be added to as fighters once the timer has finished, and there people will fight. Like runescape, every fighter in the fight's combat level will be added to the amount of tokkul the winner will get at the end. No one can cheat and get free tokkul like in delta servers. You will need 2 or more people in order for the timer to start.

Mage Arena
One of the most risky minigames has now been fully added to 317 Reborn. This minigame will unlock the ability to receive one of 3 god staffs + capes and unlock the 3 god spells. After defeating Kolodion and the forms of him, and after receiving your staff, you must go into the mage arena and use the spell 100 times in order to reuse that spell in the outside of the mage arena.

Client Explanation
I have started a new client, a renamed client. This client will contain all of the old things plus more, such as hint icons, skull loading and properly loaded head icons, plus is way smaller!
