Hey, I am opening up a coding business, this will be totally free, all I want is owner on server *same rights as creator, rights = 3)

Sources I will code - Devolution, Deltascape, Emulous

Additional - This must have a client, NO SILABS OR MOPAR.

Must have - Client, Dclaws (I will not add for you, I only add spec (FOR DELTA ONLY)).

Charge - This is totally free, all I want is same rights as you rights = 3

Host - I will not host, you must be a good hoster, 20+/7.

Must have atleast 15+ players on if you want me to code.
