Faulty System?

I got an infraction for 1 point and got banned for "spam". I thought a ban was 5+ points. I only had 2 and got banned for 4 days. Can someone explain how this works out? Or was this abuse?

Your so dumb.. I have 2 total. This one and another one.

You had 3, but your third infraction just recently expired so it dropped to two. Since you accumulated 3 it banned you , and it will ban you again since one expired causing you to drop back to 2.
