People are abusing the derep option, I don't see the point in derep, I received negative reputation from saifix for begging, when the fuck did I beg? I got derepped by 5tuart for "being an asshole in shoutbox" 1 I've never been in the shout box with Stuart and then xGenesis R derepped me for spamming but I've never fucking spammed...

It's not abuse when they're permmited to do what they want for it. They can derep for anything just like you can rep for anything. If we're going to start regulating one we should regulate the other (and regulating positive rep making sure they are valid reasons is near impossible).
