    This thread is to track my progress and hopefully motivate others that may want to start working out, because anyone can do it even if you are skinny af currently.

    • Current Weight: 183 lbs
    • Previous Bulk Weight: 193 lbs
    • Current Goal Weight: 170 lbs [Cutting]

    Are you using Muscle Milk or some sort of supplements? You don't look much different after so long and you workout every other day...

    You clearly don't know too much about bodybuilding because it takes a long time unless your using steroids, and by muscle milk I presume you mean protein shakes (Whey protein powder), and yes I do use it. Other supplements that I use now are creatine monohydrate and mass gainer.

    I do workout every other day but I did take a big break actually for a bit because I kind of lost motivation after I was ill for 2 weeks and literally couldn't eat anything in that time and lost quite a bit of muscle. I am now back on track though and am putting my full efforts back into it as it's my main hobby really, as well as RSPS. I think personally I notice the biggest change in my chest, back and shoulers if you compare the first pictures of when I started to now.

    This is a picture from when I first started, compared with now.

    I will also be ordering a dip bar tomorrow to destroy my triceps mainly and chest plus shoulders also, which will be good.

    I'm going to start going to the gym a bit in the next week or so yeah, but would be nice to have a dip bar at home also.
