If you can't do this now, how are you going to be able to do anything within the company?

I had gone for an interview and they want me to do the assessment. I mentioned that I will learn whatever needs to be done. So that's what I'm currently doing.

Are you going to consult r-s every time an issue crops up at work?

H2 can be used in a disk based configuration, so make sure you have it configured correctly.

Here, I'll bite. Read the documentation. Use google. If you fully understand the concepts of the software and it all "just makes sense," you've got it. Do not incrementally learn software. It's stupid. If you know what software you're going to be dealing with, simply read the f'in book lol!!!

People don't realize how easy they have it until you have to figure things out by reading the code alone. For example, working for customers with completely undocumented code and paranoid "not invented here" type solutions. see: rsps

If you're incapable of figuring this out, send me the details of the job and I'll go ahead and get it because that test is supremely easy. What's pay like ?
