Before you start throwing any heat, I've done this before without a problem, but My set up has changed.

I have my main router upstairs with dd-wrt flashed, but being downstairs my wifi is bad, so I bought a router, have it connected to my dd-wrt router with an ethernet cable, then its connected to my desktop and soon to be my windows server pc. On the ipconfig command, it gives me the ip, not for my pc, but for my router. everything on this router is ending in .137 So on my dd-wrt wrouter, I forward that port, and did the same on my router downstairs and no luck. I've never had this setup on my home network so I'm kinda lost on why I can't get that port open. I've pinged it and access is closed. What else should I try?

You would have to open the port on both routers.

    Code:
    Local	External
IP Address	Start Port	End Port	IP Address	Start Port	End Port	Prot	Description	Enabled
    192.168.1.10	25565 25565 0.0.0.0	25565 25565	BOTH	test Yes
This is what i have on my modem downstairs, 1.10 is the address for the router upstairs, then for the router upstairs i opened 25565 for my computer which is connected with cable.

    Hopefully you'll get the idea.

I looked at a view guides, the problem I am experiencing is nothing matching up. .0.x and .1.x, I can't get router one to router two. This is beyond frustrating
